Returns Policy

In addition to your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Regent Pearls also offers the following ‘change of mind’ Returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Our fine quality Pearls should meet or exceed your expectations.
If however, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in its original and unused condition within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. You are required to contact us prior to returning the products via email or phone. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product and the customer is required to inform Regent Pearls of the return shipping confirmation details within 30 days.

Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will examine the items to make sure they are in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted. At Regent Pearls’ discretion, we may refund or exchange up to the full cost of the items, excluding shipping charges. Refunds may be processed through the original payment method, Credit Card, Cheque or via Direct Bank transfer.

Products that have been modified or custom made to a clients specifications are ineligible for the ‘change of mind’ policy.

Regent Pearls is not responsible for any items damaged during return transit. For your protection, please Insure your return/exchange shipment. Please return all items including packaging, proof of purchase and the Certificate of Authenticity. Pack the pearls securely inside the jewellery box to ensure that they are not damaged during transit. Ship the items inside its original packaging and wrap securely with bubble wrap, similar to how you received them.

International returns should be marked as ‘Refund / Return” on the packaging in order to avoid paying taxes or duties. Please contact us prior to returning the products via email or phone. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product and the customer is required to inform Regent Pearls of the return shipping confirmation details within 30 days.
Please note that return shipping costs and any taxes / duties paid are not refundable by Regent Pearls. International Refunds will be credited at the original currency exchange rate as at the date of purchase.

Repairs and Cleaning

Products purchased from Regent Pearls can be returned for non-warranty repairs and cleaning by our highly qualified jewellers.
Note that fees for these services may incur charges and you will be provided with a written quote prior to commencement.

Regent Pearls handles all repairs, refunds and returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Our returns policy is not to the exclusion of your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
