Delivery Policy

Our business is located in Broome, Western Australia and our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm AWST

Order Information

Orders can be processed through our website using Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay or Direct bank deposit.  

Following submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order has shipped you will also receive emails from the shipping agency to allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.

Customised and special orders may be placed directly with us on +(08) 9192 3238 or via email to: admin@regentpearls.com.au,  These orders can be paid by Invoice, Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

Payment and delivery

Prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST. All products remain the property of Regent Pearls until they have been paid in full.

Our products are fully insured during shipping until delivery by the courier service. Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the purchaser or other adult has signed for the product.

Please inspect your package immediately and report any damage to the courier. Any damage identified in transit must be reported to Regent Pearls as soon as possible to: admin@regentpearls.com.au or +(08) 9192 3238

Australian deliveries

We offer free Express delivery within Australia for orders over $250.00.
For orders under $250 there is a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee.

We choose to use Australia Post Express Delivery with door to door tracking and signature on delivery. Products ordered within Australia should be delivered within 2 – 5 working days. Deliveries will require the purchaser’s or other adults signature on delivery and if unavailable will be sent to the nearest post office for collection.

Note: Due to COVID restrictions, reductions in flights and an increase in online orders, Australia Post and other delivery agencies are experiencing delays. Deliveries within Australia may take up to 7 business days to arrive and Regent Pearls is unable to guarantee our usual efficient delivery schedule. We apologies for any delays and will always attempt to provide our customers with the best service possible.

Special deliveries by representatives of Regent Pearls will require photo identification and signature on receipt.

International deliveries

International sales are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and your bank or credit card provider will determine the current exchange rate when you complete the transaction. Regent Pearls takes no responsibility for bank fees, fluctuations in exchange rates or other charges outside of our control.

Customers can choose their shipping method during checkout. International Shipping is available via FedEx International Priority or Australia Post International Express.
FedEx shipping usually deliver to most major destinations in 2-5 days and includes direct customer signature on delivery.
Australia Post shipping usually takes from 10 days to 3 weeks and also includes signature on delivery as standard.
Please note that the purchaser is liable for any local taxes, customs or duties applicable in the country of import. We do not accept responsibility for any packages retained for customs inspections and Regent Pearls accepts no responsibility for shipping delays.
